The Full Version Dot-Ring Beam Laser Welding Machine is developed around a flexible beam energy distribution concept. Its self-developed laser source allows the energy of the inner and outer ring beams to be adjusted independently, giving users greater control over how laser energy is distributed during welding.
Different welding processes may require different laser energy distributions. This system provides Gaussian beam output with a single inner ring, ring-shaped beam output, and a combined inner-and-outer beam pattern. These beam configurations can be selected and changed according to the requirements of the welding process, allowing one machine to adapt to different process conditions.
