Product Description
Composite Beam for Different Welding Conditions Blue‑Laser Composite Welding Machine

The Blue Laser Composite Welding Machine is developed for welding metal materials that can be difficult to process with conventional laser systems. It is mainly applied to copper, gold, silver and other materials with strong laser reflectivity. By introducing blue laser energy into a composite welding system, the equipment provides a different way to interact with the material surface during welding.

The beginning of a laser welding process is an important stage because the material must absorb sufficient energy before melting can develop. Blue laser energy has stronger absorption characteristics for reflective metals than conventional infrared wavelengths in many processing conditions. This helps the welding system establish the required interaction with the material more effectively, particularly when working with copper and similar metals.

Applications

The composite configuration combines different laser energy characteristics within one welding process. This allows the energy contribution of the laser sources to be coordinated according to the material and joint requirements. Instead of depending on one wavelength alone, the welding system can use the characteristics of the combined beam to support different welding conditions and workpiece structures.

The system can also work with beam wobbling to change the movement of the laser spot during welding. This is useful when the joint requires a controlled welding width or when the workpiece geometry makes a fixed laser spot less suitable. The beam movement can be adjusted during process development so that the welding pattern matches the actual joint structure.

Because copper and other reflective metals respond differently to laser energy, welding parameters need to be developed according to the specific material, thickness and joint design. The blue composite configuration provides an additional processing variable when establishing these parameters. This gives engineers more flexibility when determining laser power, beam movement and other welding conditions.
