Applications

Reduced spatters not only improve the cleanliness of the welding site but also enhance the internal compactness and external forming quality of welds remarkably. Post-welding welds feature clear contours and uniform surfaces, minimizing subsequent grinding and finishing procedures, which in turn boosts both overall welding quality and production efficiency simultaneously.
The absorption efficiency of blue laser in highly reflective metals can reach approximately 70%, making the laser power requirement for welding significantly lower than that of red laser systems. This consequently reduces the overall energy consumption and configuration costs of the equipment. Combined with the dual-swing optical structure, the welding process is stable and reliable, producing welds with smooth and glossy surfaces, and achieving favorable back-side forming results through single-side welding.
