The HW-AMB-ECO laser welding solution represents a cutting-edge laser welding technology, with its core mechanism lying in the simultaneous application of an outer ring laser beam and an inner spot laser beam. This combined approach ensures more even heat distribution and superior welding quality.
Conventional laser welding frequently runs into issues when localized heat on the workpiece becomes excessive, including welding deformation, porosity, and cracks. The HW-AMB, however, acts like a meticulous engineer, refining heat distribution through multi-point heating. This results in balanced thermal spread, reduced welding stress, and workpieces that are far less prone to deformation. The resulting welds are both visually appealing and structurally robust, free from cracks or pores—boasting both exceptional weld strength and a high-end surface finish.
