HW YAG & Semiconductor Hybrid Laser Welder for Power Battery Sealing Applications

The YAG + semiconductor composite laser welding machine adopts a dual-laser working method. Semiconductor laser is used to increase the energy absorption rate of the aluminum surface before welding, while fiber laser provides the keyhole required for penetration welding. The two laser sources operate together during aluminum material processing to support a more stable welding condition.


During aluminum alloy welding, the composite laser method helps improve the interaction between laser energy and material. By enhancing absorption at the initial stage and maintaining the keyhole during welding, the process reduces instability that may occur under single-laser operation. This helps maintain a more consistent molten pool behavior during continuous welding.
