Engineered for consumer electronics manufacturing, this QCW (quasi-continuous wave) fiber laser welding machine delivers a stable, high-brightness beam for micro welding of precision components such as connectors, shielding cans, battery tabs, camera modules and thin-wall metal housings.
The laser source maintains an essentially unchanged beam parameter product (BPP) from the lowest to the highest output setting. Operators can dial power up or down for different joint geometries without re-optimising focus position or welding programs, which keeps the weld bead geometry consistent across an entire production batch.
- High wall-plug efficiency means less electrical energy is converted into waste heat, lowering power consumption per part and reducing load on the chiller.
- Lower heat generation extends the service life of pump diodes and optics, cutting consumable and maintenance costs.
- Compact air-cooled and water-cooled configurations are available, so the machine can be installed on a benchtop or inside an automated cell without a large utility footprint.
- Reduced energy demand and a long-life diode source support a more economical and environmentally responsible production line.
Closed-loop monitoring keeps pulse-to-pulse energy variation to within a narrow band, so every weld in a batch receives the same heat input. Stable output means predictable penetration depth, repeatable nugget size and fewer false rejects on high-value electronics assemblies.

The short, high-peak-power pulses concentrate energy into the joint and limit heat spread into adjacent plastic mouldings, insulation and plated surfaces. Thin plates weld with very little burn-through, distortion or spatter, which reduces post-weld cleaning and touch-up work.
The compact laser head mounts on a robotic arm, gantry or manual workstation. The controller accepts external I/O and fieldbus signals for automated lines, and the touch-screen interface stores welding recipes so switching between product models is quick and repeatable.
Each unit is aged under full power and checked for output power, pulse energy consistency and beam profile before shipment. CE certified production.
