The Blue Light Hybrid Laser Welding Machine integrates a 450nm blue laser with a 1074nm fiber laser into a single composite welding head. This hybrid architecture is engineered specifically for welding high reflective materials such as copper and aluminium, where conventional infrared fiber lasers suffer from low absorption and an unstable weld pool.

Why Blue-Fiber Hybrid Technology Matters

• Welding of Highly Reflective Materials: Copper and aluminium reflect more than 95% of infrared laser energy at room temperature, which makes conventional fiber laser welding unstable. The 450nm blue laser delivers dramatically higher absorptivity on these metals, enabling stable and consistent welds without the pre-heating or surface treatment usually required.
• Spatter-Free Welding: By stabilizing the melt pool with the blue laser while the fiber laser provides deep penetration, the hybrid process virtually eliminates spatter, porosity and hot cracking, producing clean weld seams with minimal rework and reduced post-processing.
