The semiconductor laser welding head provides a dedicated option for processing tasks that require semiconductor laser sources. Its application range covers medium-thickness plate welding, welding of large-sized products, soldering, and plastic welding. This makes it applicable to different types of joining work rather than being limited to a single welding process.
A laser welding system may use different connection standards depending on the selected laser source. For this reason, the welding head is offered in SMA905, D80, and QBH interface versions. The three options give users a choice when configuring a semiconductor laser system and allow the welding head to be matched according to the connection requirement of the equipment.
- Broadens the Use of Semiconductor Laser Welding.
- Configured Around Different Laser Source Requirements.
- From 30W to 4000W Laser Power.
- Water Circuit Incorporated into the Head.
- Fully Enclosed Internal Construction.

The available laser power range extends from 30W to 4000W. Such a broad range covers semiconductor laser applications with substantially different power requirements. Users can select a corresponding laser power according to the actual welding task, while the welding head product range provides configurations for both lower-power and higher-power applications.
Water cooling is incorporated into the welding head through an integrated water circuit. This configuration is provided for laser systems covering the 30W–4000W power range. Integrating the water path into the head keeps the cooling arrangement as part of the product structure rather than treating it as a separate external component.

The company works primarily with equipment for various materials processing, with applications involving materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. The selection of a suitable machine depends on the characteristics of the workpiece and the intended welding or processing method.
