Hanwei Laser has unveiled the Blue Hybrid Laser Welder, a specialized device tailor-made to tackle welding difficulties of highly reflective metals including copper, aluminum, gold and silver.

This advanced unit integrates 450nm blue laser and 1080nm infrared fiber laser in a coaxial structure. Thanks to the strong light absorption capacity of blue laser, it can efficiently activate workpiece surfaces and greatly boost welding stability. Meanwhile, infrared laser delivers superior energy density to guarantee sufficient welding penetration, enabling steady deep fusion welding with almost zero spatter.

It is ideally applied to high-precision welding work for new energy vehicle battery assemblies, EV electronic control units, heat sinks, water-cooled plates, motor rotors and other mainstream industrial scenarios.
