Blue Laser Composite Single Wobble Welding Head The HanWei combines a 450nm blue diode laser with a 1070nm fiber laser inside one compact welding head and delivers the combined beam through a single wobble axis. Blue light is absorbed far more efficiently by copper, aluminium and other reflective metals, so the head reaches full penetration with a much lower laser power setting than a conventional red (1064/1070nm) fiber laser head.
