Blue Laser Welding Head Copper Gold Silver High Reflectivity Single Side Welding

The HanWei blue light laser welding head is a self-developed welding head platform dedicated to the joining of high-reflectivity metals such as copper, gold and silver. Integrating blue diode laser energy with an optional fiber laser channel, the head delivers absorption rates several times higher than conventional 1064nm infrared welding heads on copper and precious metals, producing a stable molten pool, almost no spatter, and a smooth, uniform weld seam.

Every head is designed, manufactured, assembled and tested inside our own facility. From optical path design and control software to final power calibration, the complete chain of research and development, production and sales is handled in house, which means shorter lead times, traceable quality records and fast spare part support for our overseas customers.

• Single side welding, double side forming — full penetration is achieved from one side only, producing a formed bead on both sides, ideal for sealed parts such as liquid cooling plates and battery busbars.
