The HanWei blue light laser welding head is a self-developed, self-manufactured and self-sold product line. • Independent R&D, manufacturing and sales: optical path, wobble control, wire feeding and control software are all developed in house by HanWei Laser. No third-party core parts, no compatibility risk, and all parameters can be customized to your welding process.
• Excellent welding of highly reflective materials: the 450nm blue laser is absorbed far better by copper, gold and silver than infrared laser, giving stable penetration, fewer pores and a repeatable process on high-reflectivity metals.
• Spatter free and highly stable: optimized beam shaping plus closed-loop power control keep the keyhole stable, so the process runs with almost no spatter, protects the lens and keeps long-run production stable shift after shift.
• Smooth seam and good appearance: the finished weld bead is smooth and uniform with fine ripples and no need of heavy post-grinding, which strongly reduces rework and polishing cost.
• Single side welding, double side forming: full penetration can be achieved from one side of the workpiece, and both sides show a clean, well formed seam, which is ideal for tubes, busbars, battery tabs and thin plate overlap joints.
