Compared to red laser, it can complete welding of the same depth with lower power input—effectively reducing system costs and energy consumption requirements. Coupled with its stable dual-oscillation optical path, the welding process produces nearly no spatter, resulting in smooth, flat, and highly continuous weld seams. This enables effortless single-side welding with excellent double-sided formation.
