Structure: Hanwei AMB laser, also known as dual beam laser type, consists of a specially designed fiber consisting of an inner laser beam and an outer laser beam. The inner laser beam is responsible for transmitting high-power density central laser, while the outer fiber is responsible for transmitting low-power density outer ring multimode laser. These two lasers can independently adjust their power.

Welding principle: During welding, the central laser is mainly used for deep penetration welding, while the outer ring laser is used to reduce the kinetic energy of escaping steam, stabilize the keyhole and molten pool, and reduce temperature gradients. This dual beam design enables the ring spot laser to achieve finer control and higher welding quality during the welding process.
