Traditional laser welding often encounters problems when the localized heat on the workpiece is excessive, such as welding deformation, porosity, and cracks. However, the HW-AMB is like a careful engineer, optimizing heat distribution through multi-point heating. This leads to balanced thermal diffusion, reduced welding stress, and workpieces that are much less likely to deform. The resulting welds are not only visually attractive but also structurally strong, free from cracks or pores—possessing both excellent weld strength and a high-quality surface finish.
The HW-AMB laser produces more consistent and stable welding results. The outer ring beam preheats the workpiece and stabilizes the molten pool, while the central spot beam is responsible for deep penetration welding, resulting in weld seams without porosity or spatter.

In the HW-AMB-ECO model, the core and ring of the laser beam are fixed and non-adjustable, with the AMB laser core ranging from 50 micrometers to 100 micrometers.
As the focal length varies, slight fluctuations in the light spot emerge. The HW-AMB-ECO laser beam is concentrated onto the workpiece surface through an optical system, generating a laser beam with an outer ring and an inner spot. The outer ring emits laser energy with low power density, whose primary role is to stabilize the molten pool and reduce spatter. In contrast, the inner spot delivers laser energy with high power density, mainly utilized for deep penetration welding.
