HW-AMB-ECO laser welding solution is an advanced laser welding technology, whose core principle is to use an outer ring laser beam and an inner spot laser beam together at the same time to achieve more uniform thermal distribution and higher welding quality. Traditional laser welding often encounters various problems when the local heat of workpiece is too high, such as welding deformation, porosity, cracks... The HW-AMB is like a thoughtful designer, optimizing the heat distribution, multi-point heating, uniform distribution, low welding stress, and the workpiece is not easily deformed.The welding is beautiful and firm, without cracks or pores. Both the weld strength and surface appearance deserve the word 'high-end'.
HW-AMB lasers can provide more uniform and stable welding effects. The outer ring beam can preheat the workpiece and stabilize the molten pool, while the central spot beam performs deep penetration welding to obtain a weld seam without pores and splashes.

In HW-AMB-ECO type the laser beam core and ring is fixed,can not adjustable.The AMB Laser core is 50um-100um.
There are small changes in the light spot as the focal length changes.
The HW-AMB-ECO laser beam is focused on the surface of the workpiece- through an optical system, forming an outer ring and inner spot laser beams: The outer ring is responsible for transmitting low-power density outer ring laser, mainly used to stabilize the melt pool and reduce spatter. The inner spot is responsible for transmitting high-power density central spot laser, mainly used for deep penetration welding.
