Aluminum alloy welding refers to the welding process of aluminum alloy materials. Aluminum alloy has high strength and light weight. The main welding processes are manual MIG welding (melt inert gas shielded welding) and automatic MIG welding, with the base material, welding wire, shielding gas, and welding equipment.

Protection points to Pay attention to Aluminum Welding:
1.Before welding, use mechanical or chemical methods to remove oxides from the workpiece groove and surrounding parts, as well as the surface of the welding wire.
2.Qualified protective gas should be used for protection during the welding process.
3.During gas welding, flux is used to continuously break the oxide film on the surface of the molten pool with welding wire during the welding process.
